Comments Policy

One of the most basic and cherished freedoms that we enjoy in our nation is the right of free speech. I do not expect that everyone who reads this blog will agree with my opinion or what I write. I welcome comments, particularly from those who may have a different opinion on a topic. When commenting, please stay on topic and address the content of the discussion.  You are free to attack ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks against individuals, either the author of the post or those commenting on the post. You are also asked to refrain from using foul, offensive, or crude language when commenting. I reserve the right to moderate comments and to modify or delete comments that violate this policy. Much grace will be shown when moderating comments, but those who violate this policy (particularly after being warned) may be banned from commenting entirely.
